Juan did a great job walking us through the process. Their workers were very professional and respected our property. We got estimates from 6 roofing companies and their price still was lower. They even went above and beyond with extras that we didn't have to pay for. Even with bad weather they completed the job in 2 days and you could not tell they had been here except for our beautiful new roof. They even warranty their own work so you don't have to call the manufacturer. We could not be any more pleased. I highly recommend giving them a call for your roofing needs. From our 1st contact with Isabel in the office, to Dillon in sales, to Tony in production, Derrick shuttling the dumpster in/out, and the 7-man roof team, our experience was 5 star. We had severe roof deck damage on our 20-year old roof. The crew was here before sun up and spent 12 hours the 1st day tearing off the roof, laying down 11 plywood sheets (not wafer board), re-enforcing a damaged truss, and applying the peal and stick. They knocked out the asphalt shingle application on the 3rd day (had to pause the 2nd day for the dry-in inspection, passed with no issues, and new shingle delivery) and painted the roof vent fixtures a complimentary color to the shingles. They blend right in. The team did an awesome job cleaning up afterwards. Both Dillon and Tony were in constant contact (via text, voice and in person) up to, during and after the re-roof project and were easily accessible for questions. Isabel followed up to be certain we were satisfied with the team’s efforts and coordinated with Derrick on getting the dumpster in and out. They had the best price, best value, and an awesome transferrable 20-year warranty, including free annual inspections to catch problems before they become major. They also provide a free wind mitigation inspection by an independent agent to provide that report you need to reduce those costly home owner insurance premiums. The dumpster is on regular tires and not metal wheels, thus no driveway damage. Five stars is not enough to rate this experience. We had a great experience from start to finish with Hippo. Juan was awesome and super helpful and informative through the entire process. The roofing crew were efficient, thorough and super professional. Hopefully I won’t need to have another roof anytime soon, but if I do - I would absolutely choose Hippo again and again. Hippo Roofing replaced my roof after a major hail storm damaged it.  The sales person came out and quickly identified the problem and assisted me with all of the insurance paperwork.  Her extensive knowledge of the insurance procedures helped me get a brand new roof for the price of insurance proceeds plus my deductible.  My only out of pocket expense was my $1,000 deductible.  Hippo Roofing comes out annually to inspect my roof to ensure everything is as it should be.  This just isn't any roofing contractor.  I consider them family now.
