Bill has built a distinguished career in the insurance and construction sectors since earning his degree from the University of Nebraska in 1968.

Before embarking on his professional journey, he honorably served in the United States Air Force, including a tour in Vietnam. Bill and his wife, Wanda, who have been together for 53 years, make their home in Viera.

Their family roots extend into the local community, with their three children actively involved in the construction, real estate, and property management industries within Brevard.

Tim Fay

ROOF CONSULTANT
A native of Brevard, FL, Tim is deeply rooted in the community. He is an alumnus of Florida Tech, where he completed his master's degree.

Tim treasures his moments with his two sons, especially when it involves fishing or simply enjoying the tranquility of being on the water.

Ricardo brings a wealth of expertise to his role, having once owned a roofing business.

After dedicating 26 years to serving in the USAF from which he is now retired, he currently leads as the bilingual general manager at Hippo.

Originally from Chile, Ricardo's early years were marked by his career as a professional soccer player. These days, he swaps the soccer field for the racquetball court and the golf course, enjoying his weekends with a wide circle of friends.

With years of experience in the roofing industry, Peller stands out as a dedicated and reliable roofing consultant known for her exceptional service.

Outside of her professional life, Peller has a deep affection for animals and is actively involved in women's bodybuilding on a national level.
