Their salesman Rob was no pressure, laid-back, informative and patient, taking as much time as we needed to go through everything in advance. The company notified us every step of the way, They copied us on applying for the permit, issuance of the permit and the inspections. Their workers were quiet, hard-working, respectful and cleaned up every last piece of debris that came off the roof out of our yard. The roof came out perfect And looks amazing. They started on time, they completed it when they said they were and provided us with all the documents we required including their awesome warranty. They were really fast in responding if we had a question by phone or email, always making us feel like we were a valued customer. I’ve now recommended them to my adult children, other family, friends and neighbors. In fact, I’m going to ask them to do another roof job for us that we hadn’t planned on doing yet, after seeing their quality work
